It's quick and easy to create a Venga account. Once you've downloaded the app through your mobile application store, open the app and click on "Get started." Depending on your preference, you can create your account using your email address or phone number. Simply follow the steps, and you'll get running in minutes.

Yes, you do. After creating your account, you'll have to complete the identity verification process with our partner, Sumsub, to access all the app features. This step is standard practice to ensure conformity with European regulations, as Venga puts a strong emphasis on compliance. It will only take a few minutes, and you'll only need to take a photo of your identity document and proof of address. Once your identity verification is approved, you can start using Venga.

Today, Venga is a regulated crypto app with a digital wallet that allows you to buy, sell, swap, send, and earn cryptocurrencies in a simple way.

If you already have cryptocurrencies on an external exchange or wallet, you can transfer them to your Venga account as long as they are supported on the app.

To do so, you'll find multiple buttons allowing you to deposit throughout the app. After you click, select the coin you want to deposit and ensure that the network matches the one you will use to transfer the assets to your Venga wallet. This is paramount because unmatched network usage may result in a permanent loss of the funds that you will transfer. Copy-paste your Venga wallet address to where you will be sending your funds from, or scan your Venga wallet QR code to paste your Venga wallet address automatically. Send your funds, and you'll receive them in Venga once they are processed by the blockchain network.

The app is currently supporting the networks of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tron, which will be joined by additional ones in the future, and includes the following list of digital assets so far: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tron (TRX).

Closing a Venga account consists of two phases: account deactivation & account closure.

Yes, you do. Before closing an account, you will have to transfer all remaining funds.

After transferring any remaining funds out of the account you’d like to close, you can begin the account closure process by tapping on “Close Account”, in the Settings page. You will be asked to confirm your decision by entering the account’s password and, finally, you will be redirected to the log-in screen.
