Pursuant to the terms and conditions set out below, VENGA EUROPE S.L., the organizer (hereinafter, “Venga”), with registered office at Passeig del Mare Nostrum, Norrsken House, nº 15, Ciutat Vella, postal code 08039, Barcelona, and with Tax ID number (CIF), valid not expired, B-56395585, hereby establishes the rules governing the “Digital Tió Hunt” (hereinafter, “the Event”) as described in these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).
Event Description
The Event is an in-app promotional activity made available within the Venga application during the designated Event Period. Throughout the Event, Participants may earn predetermined, fixed rewards by locating and interacting with the “Golden Tió”, which may appear in different “moods” and on different screens within the application. The appearance of the “Golden Tió” is variable and dependent on in-app navigation and user interaction; however, all Participants have equal access to the Event and an equal opportunity to obtain Digital Rewards. Digital Rewards are earned when a Participant successfully identifies and engages with the “Golden Tió” in accordance with the mechanics displayed in the application during the Event Period.
Who can participate
This Event is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over, who must also meet the following requirements (the “Participants”):
- hold an active, verified Venga account, which entails; (i) completing KYC procedures prior to participation, (ii) holding a valid ID and (iii) passing identity checks; and
reside in jurisdictions in the EU or EEA where promotional mixed-mechanic advertising events are legally permitted.
The identity of Participants shall be verified exclusively through official documents valid for that purpose. These requirements are an essential condition for eligibility to claim the Digital Reward, and compliance will be verified by Venga.
Event Period
The Event will take place from December 15th 2025 at 9:00 CET, until December 25th 2025 at 23:59 CET (“Event Period”) within the Venga application. During the Event Period, verified may locate and “catch” the digital “Golden Tió” across the Venga app ir order to earn the applicable Digital Reward.
How to Participate
Participation in the Event is free of charge. Digital Rewards are earned through users’ interaction with the Venga application and are not assigned through random draws, lotteries, or chance-based mechanisms. Each Participant’s ability to obtain the Digital Rewards depends solely on their use of the app and their successful engagement with the Event’s digital features. To participate in the Event, each Participant must:
- be a verified Venga user;
- access and navigate the Venga application in the normal course of use;
- locate and “catch” the digital “Golden Tió” whenever it appears within the app; and,
follow all in-app instructions required to unlock and claim the corresponding Digital Reward.
The “Golden Tió” appears within the application based on navigation and screen-trigger events. As a result, Participants may encounter the “Golden Tió” at different times depending on their individual usage patterns, but not due to luck, probability, or any chance-based selection. Each mood of the “Golden Tió” provides a fixed reward, and Participants who catch all required moods may earn up to the maximum Digital Reward offered. All Participants have equal opportunity to complete the Event objectives and obtain the full set of Digital Rewards through proper use of the app during the Event Period.
Prize, Claiming and Delivery
The prize of the Event consists of a maximum of twenty-five USDC (25 USDC) per Participant (the “Digital Reward”). The Digital Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted under any circumstances. It cannot be exchanged for any other prize at the Participant’s request, nor assigned or transferred to any third party. Participants earn the Digital Reward by “catching” the digital “Golden Tió” within the Venga app as follows:
- each mood of the “Golden Tió” caught grants a fixed reward of 3 USDC.
by successfully catching all six moods, Participants also receive the Golden Poop Secret Bonus of 7 USDC.
By completing all these actions, a Participant can earn the maximum total reward of 25 USDC. The Digital Reward will be delivered in USDC directly to the Participant’s Venga account. The Organizer will cover any blockchain transaction fees associated with the delivery of the Digital Reward. Rewards will be credited no later than 05 January 2026, provided that the Participant has successfully completed all necessary verification checks. Participants who fail identity verification, or who are found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, forfeit their right to receive the Digital Reward, without the possibility of substitution or compensation.
Fair Play and Participant Conduct
Participants are required to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and safe manner at all times, in compliance with these T&Cs and all applicable laws and regulations. Participants must act fairly and are prohibited from employing any means intended to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage in the Event. Specifically, Participants are forbidden from using bots, scripts, automation tools, emulators, or modified software, attempting to manipulate the appearance frequency of the Golden Tió, attempting to defraud or exploit the Event mechanics, or creating multiple accounts or fake identities. Violations of these rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Digital Reward without any right to compensation, substitution or indemnification of any kind. Participants must act fairly and are prohibited from employing any means intended to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage in the Event. Venga reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who engages in unsafe, disrespectful, unlawful, or disruptive conduct, interferes with other Participants or the orderly conduct of the Event, or attempts to manipulate, cheat, or compromise the integrity of the Event. Disqualified Participants will forfeit all rights to the Digital Reward and any associated rewards.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
In the event of force majeure, technical issues, security incidents, fraud, misuse, or any other circumstances beyond Venga’s reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, delay, suspend or cancel any stage of the Event. Venga may also alter or cancel the Event if required by law or regulatory authorities. Any such changes will be communicated to Participants through the Venga app or website. Venga shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or harm arising from technical failures, device issues, connectivity problems, performance issues caused by third-party providers, user errors, or misuse of the application. Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their use of the Venga app and agree to release Venga from any claims arising therefrom. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Taxes
The Digital Reward is stated in gross amounts, without any deductions or withholdings. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other fiscal obligations that may arise in connection with receiving the Digital Reward under applicable law. Venga may provide documentation required by law to assist Participants with their tax compliance but shall not be held responsible for any individual tax liabilities or obligations of the Participants.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Event shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
